In January 2020, in the spirit of making New Year Resolutions about fitness and being a better person, I saw a cartoon where one character was asking the other, “So, What’s Next on Your Fun Agenda for 2020?”. For the life of me, I can’t find this cartoon to credit the artist but if I find it, I will! I believe his other character responded with, “Abstinence.”
We know now that the Fun Agenda for the first part of 2020 was erased or prohibited for survival reasons within weeks of the year starting. I documented my first months in blog and newsletter form and for the next months, up until November 3, 2020, at least, I’ll publish a new podcast of interviews with people of all ages asking them to describe their first six months of 2020 and to answer the question, “What’s Next on The Fun Agenda for 2020?”
Here is the first interview. I am currently reading “True Grit” by Charles Portis and this title describes, Carol, my neighbor. Despite Chemo and Pandemics, she also listed THE most fun item on any Fun Agenda for 2020.
So, welcome to “What’s Next on Your Fun Agenda 2020?” Jeff Hale composed my new podcast “doorbell”!
It takes weeks I’m told for a new show to be visible on Apple ITUNES, so this is the only spot this interview and future ones can be accessed for the time being. But, you should be able to subscribe once approved! I listed it as “explicit” because curse words have been known to be uttered in my presence.
PS. Why have I committed only to publishing new episodes until November 3, 2020? Because if he is reelected, you’ll just need to search for my obit.
If you’d be willing to be interviewed for this new venture, email me! I use Skype, audio-only, because, to be honest, my hair at this point has its own zip code. I scare even birds as I walk around my condo.
I also created an Etsy store which I named “Memories & Curses” because, well, I do both those things really well.
